When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed. Shipping times may vary during holidays or restocks.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping only applies after your order has finished processing (2–4 business days).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping on orders over $50 USD.

International shipping starts at $40 USD and may increase based on your location and the weight of your package. Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days, but can arrive sooner in some cases. You also have the option to pay for faster international shipping at your own expense.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking numbers are sent via email within 12–24 hours after your order ships. You can track your package directly through USPS.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

All packages are insured for up to $100 through USPS. If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, you may file a claim directly with USPS for compensation.

Is it safe to order during cold weather?

We do not recommend ordering during extremely cold temperatures, especially in regions where the weather regularly drops below 32°F (0°C). Some products can freeze, which may affect their consistency or performance. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to freezing in transit.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

However, if we made a mistake with your order, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery to request an exchange. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?

Once an order is placed, it begins processing quickly and cannot be changed or canceled. Please make sure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please verify all shipping details carefully before placing your order.If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will try our best to update the shipping address before it ships, but we CANNOT guarantee any changes once the order has been processed.

Do you accept returns?

No. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a proven error on our part.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed.

I didn’t receive my confirmation or tracking email. What should I do?

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

No, we currently ship all orders via USPS. Local pickup and delivery are not available at this time.
