At Laid by Loni, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or shipped.

Due to the subjective nature of product performance and hold times, individual results may vary significantly. Variations in results do not constitute a product defect and are not grounds for a refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or chargeback.

Laid By Loni products contain professional-grade ingredients designed for strong performance. Individual reactions may vary.
Customers are responsible for conducting a patch test prior to full application. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that Laid By Loni shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, irritation, misuse, improper application, or any adverse effects resulting from the use of our products.
Shipping and Delivery
Laid By Loni is not responsible for:
• Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided at checkout
• Carrier delays, customs delays, weather-related delays, or circumstances beyond our control
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, stolen, or not received
• Improper storage, handling, application, or use of products after delivery
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Claims must include clear photo and/or video evidence showing the damage or defect. Failure to provide sufficient documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Laid By Loni reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution will be provided.
