Order Processing & Shipping Time

- We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

- Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Once your order is processed and shipped through USPS, a tracking number will be emailed to you within 12–24 hours. Delivery usually takes around 3 to 5 business days after processing, but can vary during peak times such as holidays or major restocks.

Allergic Reactions, Patch Testing & Individual Results

- Everyone’s skin is different, and results may vary from person to person. Our products may work well for most, but they are not guaranteed to work for everyone, especially those with sensitive or allergy-prone skin.

- We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any product, particularly those applied near the skin, scalp, or hairline. If you have known sensitivities, consult a professional before use.

- We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritations, or undesired results, and you are not eligible for a refund or exchange if a product does not perform as expected for your individual needs.

Honesty in Advertising

We believe in truthful marketing. All product descriptions are based on actual results, intended use, and customer feedback. We do not make false or misleading claims about product performance.

Shipping Coverage & Responsibility

- Every package includes up to $100 in insurance coverage through USPS. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you can file a claim directly with USPS for reimbursement, in accordance with their policy.

- Once a package has left our facility and is in USPS possession, we are no longer responsible for how it is handled. Some tracking numbers may not update until the package reaches its destination, so please allow time for movement.

Consumer Rights & Legal Notice

- We operate in full compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which ensures that products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

- Under this law, personal skin reactions or issues due to individual sensitivity are not considered valid grounds for a refund. By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you have read and understood our policies, and accept full responsibility for proper use of the product.

Returns & Exchanges

- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

- If we make a mistake with your order, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery to be considered for an exchange. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. If the item shows signs of use or tampering, it will not qualify for exchange.

Chargeback Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept our store policies, and you agree not to file a chargeback through your bank or payment provider.
